Today started with smiles! THen we went to the US Consulate to take the oath, and turn in our paperwork to get Chloe's visa, so we can bring her back with us. All the paperwork was in order, and we should get our immigration packet and her Visa tomorrow afternoon.
Rest of the day was mostly napping (Chloe took a two and a half hour one), then we went on a dinner cruise up and back on the Pearl River. Wow Guangzhou is a huge city! With some really cool buildings.

What beautiful girls you have! I was thinking about you yesterday and today - hoping that the final processes all worked out without a hiccup! Sounds like you all had fun - even though it's not where you planned to be it looks pretty fun!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking, too, about how China sees these little ones as disposable - and that in the US as many are celebrating the freedom to choose abortion families like you are willing to travel around the world - literally - to rescue a child. Awesome!
